Returns Policy

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 25% restocking fee charged against all returned parts. There will be a 40% restocking fee if part ordered without vehicle identification number. 
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts and safety related parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • Consumer will be responsible for the freight cost on any goods returned.
  • Please note: Some items such as instrument clusters, HMI modules, HDMI modules, On Star modules, communications modules, keys, etc. all have ordering controls on them and cannot be ordered via the internet. As well, all of these items and others need  to be programmed by a GM dealer.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession. 
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% will apply.
